• 16 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development and PR for Latin America, 13 of them in management positions in leading Telecommunications’ (Fixed, Mobile and VAS) and IT Multinationals (with over USD 1 billion turnover), SMB of Food Services(retail). Experience with Web and TV.

• Development of Marketing and BD programs to improve brand presence that resulted in sales (up to 50% and 100%) and market share (from 13 to 20% and 40 to 60%) increase. Sales up to USD 15 million.

• Expertise in new markets development, account strategy, business models, value proposition and proposals (up to USD 50M). Planning and deployment of marketing/strategic plans, market communications, product portfolio promotion and adaptation in order to achieve company positioning and sales results.

• Management of different areas within the Marketing role like Strategy, Product Marketing, MarCom, PR, Social Media, Content Development, Web actions acting as spokesperson and creating integrated marketing plans aligned with financial objectives.

• Using Business Intelligence and scenario analysis I’ve developed marketing actions and programs that resulted in market share and sales increase dealing with diverse company stakeholders.

• Experience with Inbound Marketing developing websites, e-mail mkt, social media and mobile marketing as well as worked with broadband and value added services projects (SMS, Mobile Web, Mobile IM, etc)

Creation and policies structure development to align the region under a single brand identity.

• I managed regional ad campaigns, customer acquisition and loyalty programs, workshops and events sponsorship building booths up to 350m2 (over 3700sq foot), road shows improving brand and product line awareness.

• I won a prize after 8 months in the company for the development and presentation of a competitor replacement Business Plan to a large customer that generated a USD 8 million contract.

• Interface building showing current region market scenario in order to educate HQ about market dynamics, priorities and business opportunities focusing on company expectations vs local reality alignment.
